Killington Classic Motorcycle Rally Coming to Vermont on Labor Day Weekend

The Killington Classic Motorcycle Rally will be held over Labor Day weekend in Killington, Vermont. The four-day event, held August 30 to September 3, will include several exciting rides (Guided Tours, Poker Run and Scavenger Hunt).

On Monday, there will be a free Irene Valley Ride. There will be six stops along the route where participants can check out before and after photos of damage done to the area by Hurricane Irene, which forced the cancellation of the 2011 Killington Classic.

Other events include a Grand Parade on Friday afternoon ending at a festive Block Party in Downtown Rutland, and a Full Throttle Party on Saturday night with a band, fireworks, food and prizes. Motorcycle Stunt Shows will be held three times daily on Saturday and Sunday, and a Vendor Village will be set up throughout the weekend for guests to show and compare the latest accessories, see some of the latest bikes and trikes, and even have their bike tuned on the dyno.

All proceeds from the Vendor Village gate fees will go to the Vermont Disaster Relief Fund vermontdisasterrecovery.com.
