WHAT AN ADVENTURE. The MX-9 Adventure from Bell Helmets is the company’s first dual-sport helmet that’s versatile enough for off-road conditions and comfortable enough for sustained on-road riding. The MX-9 Adventure ($189.95-$199.95) has a lightweight injected polymer composite shell. The integrated face shield is made for street riding and, when raised, is designed to fit goggles for off-road riding. The helmet includes Bell’s Velocity Flow Ventilation system and it has an EPS-lined chinbar with an adjustable vent. The removable/washable liner is moisture wicking, and the padded chinstrap has a D-ring closure and strap keeper. The DOT-certified helmet comes in sizes XS-XXL with a five-year warranty.
