Cycle Gear Inc., the nation’s largest retailer of motorcycle apparel and accessories, is pleased to announce that it has just opened its 97th retail store in Lynnwood, Washington. Located at 4210 196th Street S.W. The new store, which is open seven days a week, is close to Seattle, and is Cycle Gear’s fifth store in the state of Washington.
“We take pride in supporting motorcyclists nationwide, and the Lynnwood store is in a great location to help serve the greater Seattle area”, said Cycle Gear’s CEO Dave Bertram, “Cycle Gear is not only a great place to buy motorcycle parts and apparel; we also try to give back to the community.”
To celebrate the opening, Cycle Gear will host a benefit night on August 17, 2012, from 6-9 p.m. where 10 percent of sales will be donated to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Representatives of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation will be on-site providing more information as well as signing people up for the September 9 Puget Sound Ride for Kids.
In addition to the benefit, there will be special deals all month long exclusive to the Lynnwood location. Various vendors will be on-site for the grand opening weekend on August 18, and there will be weekly drawings for $100 gift cards. A grand prize drawing will be held on September 5th where the winners could receive a Shoei helmet, $500 shopping spree, or a GoPro HD Hero2 camera. Lynnwood will also be hosting their first of several “Bike Nights” on Tuesday, August 28, including exclusive in-store pricing, food, fun, and giveaways.
