American International Motorcycle Expo Coming October 18-19, Don’t Miss Out!

The American International Motorcycle Expo will feature dozens of presentations by motorcycle industry experts, as well as demo rides by major manufacturers including Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, Suzuki, EBR and KYMCO. In addition, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation will offer AIMExpo attendees the experience of riding actual motorcycles with the help of MSF-certified RiderCoaches.

AIMExpo will host nearly 500 powersports companies from around the world on Thursday-Sunday, October 16-19, 2014, at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center in Florida.

New this year, the ACF-50 Rider’s Garage will hold presentations on Saturday and Sunday on topics such as: Tire Technology; Performance, Comfort and Being in Control; Long Distance Riding; and Critical Motorcycle Maintenance. Presentations on the celebrity stage will include interviews with new AMA Hall of Fame inductees, a presentation on the Cannon Ball Project, and interviews with former World Champion motorcycle road racer Kevin Schwantz and AMA Pro Road Racing reporter Cristy Lee.

Street bike demo rides will be held in the expansive AIMExpo Outdoors! Area on Thursday and Fridays (trade and media only) and on Saturday and Sunday (trade, media and the general public). The MSF sample exercises will be held on Saturday and Sunday at the motorcycle parking area of the AIMExpo at the Convention Center. Visit AIMExpoUSA.com for specific times.

The AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will also be held during the AIMExpo on Friday, October 17, at 8 p.m. The public is welcome to attend. Tickets start at $25 and more information can be found at motorcyclemuseum.org/Events/HallofFame2014.aspx.

The AIMExpo is open to representatives of trade, enthusiast and local media on October 16 and 17, and open to the general public on October 18 and 19. The exhibitor’s list resembles a “who’s-who” of motorcycling with nearly 500 companies and organizations showcasing their new products and services, and the list continues to grow.
