On October 8, Competition Accessories is celebrating its 50th anniversary with an open house party and sale at its Catalog Outlet Superstore in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The first 200 attendees will receive a free 50th Anniversary commemorative T-shirt and everyone will be treated to free refreshments. Distribution center and office tours will be available, and helmet, apparel and aftermarket accessories manufacturers will be on hand offering new product demos. To celebrate Competition Accessories’ 50th year, many items will be discounted up to 50% for one day only.
There will be online events as well. Starting the week of October 3, Competition Accessories will host an online charity auction to benefit Ride for Kids / Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Many vendors have generously donated items to be auctioned off, and the Competition Accessories collection of vintage posters and motorcycle collectibles will be offered. Also, the winner of the online customer voting for the most important event in the last 50 years of motorcycling will be announced.
