The Harley-Davidson manufacturing facility in York, Pennsylvania, is offering a new tour called the Steel Toe Tour, an insider look at the facility.
The expanded Steel Toe Tour allows for smaller group sizes and a more personalized tour experience. The tour takes guests through ‘employee only’ paint and polish areas.
The tour is not for the faint of heart – it requires a safety vest, safety goggles, and steel toe protection.
Two sessions are offered daily Monday-Thursday, at 9:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. Harley-Davidson says each tour lasts approximately two hours and has limited capacity. The company says the tours frequently sell-out and encourages advance ticket purchases by calling 1-877-883-1450.
