Now’s the time to start planning your next guided tour in Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Japan, Thailand, and other world-class motorcycle destinations.
IMTBike has announced its 2027 motorcycle tour calendar, featuring guided motorcycle tours throughout Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Italy, France, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Colombia. The schedule includes many returning favorites, as well as the company’s updated Morocco Adventure Motorcycle Tour. The calendar also includes MotoGP events in Spain.
The most significant update to their calendar is the Morocco Adventure Motorcycle Tour, with dates scheduled in March, April, September, and November. The 2027 itinerary expands IMTBike’s existing Morocco Adventure by adding two nights in the country, as well as combining northern Morocco with southern desert landscapes and the Sahara dunes. The route includes the Rif Mountains, High Atlas Mountains, and cities such as Marrakech and Fez. Riders will also encounter kasbahs, date palm oases, and traditional Moroccan culture. The calendar lists the tour at 11 days, with a starting price of about $5,200. We enjoyed the Morocco Adventure tour in 2025, and we expect the updated version to be even better.
For a different Moroccan experience, the Magical Morocco Motorcycle Tour is offered in February, May, and October, and the BMW MOA Morocco Motorcycle Tour is scheduled for April. These tours give riders several options for experiencing the country during different parts of the riding season.
Spain and Portugal account for much of the European schedule. Returning tours include the Best of Southern Spain, Essence of Southern Spain – Andalusia, Essence of Portugal, Best of Portugal, and The Southern Kingdoms. The Mediterranean Mountain Motorcycle Tour travels from Málaga to Barcelona, while the Northern Green Spain Motorcycle Tour explores northern Spain. IMTBike also offers the Barcelona & The Secret Mountains, Perfect Pyrenees, and Pyrenees Coast to Coast, which travels from Barcelona to San Sebastian. The Castles and Mountains Central Spain Motorcycle Tour adds another option for exploring inland Spain.
The calendar also includes destinations outside of Europe and northern Africa. The Exotic Thailand Motorcycle Tour opens the year in January, and the Colorful Colombia Motorcycle Tour is scheduled for July. The Majestic Japan Motorcycle Tour has September and October departures, and the Mesmerizing Vietnam Motorcycle Tour takes place in November.
MotoGP fans can choose the Jerez Motorcycle Tour in April or the Valencia Motorcycle Tour in November. Riders will stop at the location of these races, where IMTBike has reserved seats for tour participants to watch the races before continuing the tour.
