No image, either. Also, it’d be nice to label these emails as paid ads because when i get a Rider email, I assume it’s a review or article of some kind.
Oh, I understand now, you’re not referring to the image under the “Sponsored” tab on our homepage. Is this an image/ad that is showing up in our eNews? Or is it a standalone email?

Over the last two months, I have received several such emails (with a different topic each time).
I’ve gotten our IT department involved in this, and hopefully we can get to the bottom of why this is happening. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and for your patience as we get it sorted.

These are paid ads, and clicking on the image will take you to the manufacturer’s website.
