Suzuki will be providing a $100 prepaid Visa card to customers who complete their GSX-R’s recall service before November 30, 2018.

Suzuki has announced an incentive program to increase customer completion of a front brake master cylinder recall service on select GSX-R models.

For a limited time, Suzuki will provide eligible customers a $100 Prepaid Visa card upon completion of the recall service.

Motorcycles affected are select 2004-2013 Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750, and 2005-2013 GSX-R1000 models. Owners can find out if their motorcycle is affected by visiting suzukicycles.com/recalls.

The eligible period for the incentive runs from September 1, 2018, to November 30, 2018.

“Safety is our number one priority and we want to ensure every affected GSX-R is repaired,” said Steve Muthig, SMAI Vice President of Service. “We recognize that taking your motorcycle to the dealer for any recall service can be inconvenient and with the $100 Visa card we hope to offset that inconvenience to our valued customers.”

Eligible customers are being notified, and the program requires them to bring their motorcycle to an authorized Suzuki dealer for recall repair completion between September 1 and November 30, 2018.

After the recall is complete, customers can register the repair at a special website and once that claim is verified, the Visa card will be sent to them.
