This year’s AIMExpo is shaping up to be bigger than ever, as the motorcycle show is slated to coincide with what organizers are calling “Powersports Industry Week,” which encompasses Las Vegas BikeFest, the Monster Energy Cup and of course AIMExpo.
BikeFest will kick things off starting Thursday, October 11, with a new location this year at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. This biker lifestyle rally runs through Sunday the 14th and features vendors, entertainment, poker runs and live music with headliners Puddle of Mudd and Foghat.
AIMExpo is open to the public on Saturday and Sunday, October 13 and 14, in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Attendees can check out and test ride new models from manufacturers like Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha and 2018 newcomer Vanderhall, plus there will be vendors, entertainment and a new MotoCulture section that celebrates the emotions, attitudes and lifestyles of the moto life.
Then there’s the Monster Energy Cup on Saturday night, October 13. The AIMExpo will be closing up early so that show attendees can head for Sam Boyd Stadium and watch the best super cross racers in the country battle it out for a top prize of $1 million.
