At my back is the Hood Canal, and I am looking up the Hamma Hamma River toward Mount Bretherton in the Olympic National Park.
The Timber Museum in Forks, on the west side of the Olympic Peninsula, gives a great insight into the rough life that the lumberjacks had in years past, and still do today.
