NOTE: Rider magazine recently changed is digital platform to a company called PocketMags. In order to transfer your previous purchases to the new platform, you’ll need to click on the cogno wheel located on the top right of the home page within the app and press “Restore Purchases.” If this does not work, old subscribers should email help@pocketmags.com with a receipt so that purchases may be added onto the new app.

For some reason, Rider is not coming up when you search for it in Google Play. We are working to correct this, but in the meantime if you follow the link in this story it will take you directly there. Here is the direct link.
I have had a digital subscription for approx 2 years now and recently you changed digital managing companies (from pocket mag to magazine closer)and I am now have trouble trying to receive my Jan issue from the new company. I certainly enjoy your magazine but if this trouble persists I will cease purchasing your magazine.
