Ted Simon Launches Revamped Website

In 1973, Ted Simon left London for what became a four-year solo journey around the world. Then, in 2001, he did it again with the aim of discovering how the world had changed in the intervening 28 years. He visited more than 40 countries on each trip and covered a combined 123,000 miles.

Now, 39 years after he began his first tour, Simon has completely revamped the website about his travels, jupitalia.com. He is also celebrating the first anniversary of the launching of the Ted Simon Foundation, which was created to encourage and assist travellers in making an extra effort to develop their observations and insights into something of value for the rest of the world to share, whatever their medium of expression might be.
