Moto Guzzi Debuts New Black/Silver Devil Color on the Griso 8V SE

Moto Guzzi USA recently released a new black/silver devil color for the 2012 Griso 8V SE. The Griso 8V SE is one of the most unique and captivating motorcycles to come out of the Mandello del Lario factory. The bold character expressed in the nonconformist styling of the Griso is given further emphasis by the aggressive new color concept in a matte tone that flows elegantly with the numerous black painted metal elements such as the frame, wheels, steering plates, handlebar and instrument panel covers.

The 2012 Griso 8V SE is priced at $12,690 and has a 1200cc 90-degree V-twin engine with four valves per cylinder. It’s produces 110 horsepower at 7,500 rpm with a max torque of 80 ft-lbs at 6,400 rpm.

  1. When Mark Tuttle interviewed the VP of Honda about the new goldwing ,he should have asked him how many american jobs were lost when they moved the factory from ohio back to japan. I owned a 2008 airbag model that i bought new and one of the reasons was because they were made in the US. I sold it last year and would not buy another one. It also had a very nasty wobble in the front end that the dealer said was “normal” because of the size and weight of the bike. I hope Honda addressed that issue on the new models since the price is just shy of $30,000.

Thanks, I’ve been a Rider reader for years.

  2. I like the looks of the Moto Guzzi, but the big problem with Moto Guzzi as well as Aprilia is Piaggio. Ask any dealer…………
