  1. Just wondering when you are going to test the Honda Silverwing. You’ve already done the Yamaha TMax and the Suzuki Burgman. Even a comparison article would be nice. I plan on buying a megascooter in spring as it be easier for my wife to get compared to a motorcycle.

  2. One of the best recent bikes I’ve owned was a 2001 Bandit 1200S. With 11 sec.,120+mph terminal speed 1/4 mile performance as well as a top speed in excess of 140 mph. it was a great alternative to the way expensive sport tourers and crotch rockets of the current era. I was sorry to see that great example of reconfiguring older and less expensive technology to carve out and define an affordable segment disappear under a wave of only slight improvements and major upward price adjustments.

  3. I am 6.3 tall and weight 275 Lbs. Last time I rode a bike was well over 20 years ago (Kawasaki Zaphir 750cc.) I am looking for a cruiser/roaster to fit my inner-city weekly commute and inter-state occasional trips.
I am considering the 2010 Suzuki NT700V or 2012 V-Strom 650 ABS, and the Kawasaki KLR650. My legs are 32 inch long and I prefer upright riding position. Any suggestion about any of these or a different make/model in the same price range and riding conditons?
