Rider magazine announces launch of new ridermag.wpengine.com

Surprise! After months of planning and hard work, we’re excited and proud to bring you Rider magazine’s all-new website, your vastly improved portal to the latest in motorcycle news, tests, tours, adventures, videos, photos, blogs and forums. In addition to the latest motorcycling information you’ll also find years’ worth of useful archived content from both the magazine and website for your research and browsing enjoyment.

We’ve added countless new features including Manufacturer-Specific forums that allow you to interact with us and one another in an area specifically devoted to your favorite bike brands. Road Tests are broken down by Category and Manufacturer now to make it easier for you to search within the categories you’re specifically interested in, and our Gear reviews can be searched by type, so you can look at just helmet reviews or just apparel reviews and so on. The Touring section has been greatly expanded to include Favorite Rides, full tours, travel features and Rallies & Clubs, and we’ve added a section for general-interest feature stories, as well as more images overall, larger high-quality images in most articles and a photo gallery section with even more. A new comments feature also allows users to interact with articles, each other and Rider‘s editors, too. And for your convenience there’s a new Contact Us form that allows you to submit letters to the editor, customer service requests, magazine back-issue and reprint requests, and news or press releases easily with a single online form.

Those are just some of the highlights; please take some time to explore our new site, we think you’ll be impressed by the magnitude of the improvements. As with all things in this age of Internet immediacy and complexity, you’ll probably come across a page or item we still need to polish up or add images to, and if so we hope you’ll let us know. Like our magazine we’re determined to make your Rider website experience Motorcycling at its Best! Enjoy!

  1. Where did the forums go??? They were a great part of the online presence. Many friendships were made there and great info from rider to rider.

    • They’re not gone, William, just hiding–we’re looking for ’em right now!

Just went live with the new site today, we’re working on fixing it as we speak.

      Thanks for your patience!
