New Virginia Law Bars Motorcycle-Only Checkpoints

According to the American Motorcyclist Association, Virginia is the latest state to bar motorcycle-only checkpoints, which the AMA says is a victory for motorcyclists. On Feb. 28, Virginia Gov.
