Star Motorcycles created the “Battle of the Bolts” contest to help people see how unique the Bolt can be, and how easy it is for owners to personalize it. In the battle, dealers across the country competed against each other in building the coolest custom Bolts on the planet. Starting with stock Bolt motorcycles, competing dealers added Star Custom Accessories, custom paint, and much more to create unique expressions of their style and ingenuity.
Public voting determined six regional “Battle of the Bolts” winners, who advanced to a final round of voting to determine the national winner.
Bob Weaver Yamaha of North Tonawanda, New York, won First Place for their Bolt Bobber creation; Al’s Cycle Inc. of Hamilton, Montana, won Second Place with their Bolt Scrambler entry; and Wizard of Wheels Yamaha in Crete, Illinois, took Third Place with their Bolt Café Racer.
